Pikari, an alien, shows up on Earth to visit Lala. Meanwhile, Lala takes Rito, who is feeling ill, to the school infirmary. But the doctor is not there, so Lala decides to "examine" Rito herself. When Lala and Rito are on their way home after school, they meet Pikari.
