Ferdinand has his best friend Bruno over. They play with coloured building blocks and each builds castles and towers for himself. There is an argument about the number of building blocks and everything falls over. Out of concern for Paula, who was "buried" under the building blocks, they both get along again. Paula becomes a knight's horse and gets her own castle.
