Sophie and James are overwhelmed: After inheriting a large estate in the country, the attractive young couple literally find themselves in over their heads. In the lifelike android Henry, procured by the A.I. dealer Julian (James D'Arcy), they find a state-of-the-art domestic helper who develops as they treat him. The couple meet their new roommate, who reads their every wish from their eyes and knows how to satisfy even their most intimate desires, at eye level. But when the two take things one step too far, the situation escalates and things become very dangerous... What distinguishes the artificial from the “real” human? With the perfection of technology, it is impossible to imagine the narrative cosmos without the perfect likeness as an improved version of the human being. The thriller “Perfect Human” also follows this tradition and, as an experimental thriller, conjures up the danger of an android that is first literarized and then dreams.
